I’m taking on Halloween on the High Seas this month with many of my fantastic colleagues at Modern Travel Professionals, and I’m so excited! I’m looking forward to learning so much about Disney Cruise Line and all the ways it creates an amazing experience for families and adults alike – but, here are the things I’m especially looking forward to for Halloween on the High Seas. We set sail September 22, so be sure to follow #MTPBooAtSea17 on Twitter and Instagram to follow our adventure!
Who doesn’t love dressing up on Halloween? Kids of all ages are invited to dress as their favorite characters for this special cruise. Adults are allowed – and even encouraged – to dress up for Halloween on Disney Cruise Line, so I’ll be bringing my costume with me! They typically have a costume contest for adults onboard, as well.
The Nightmare Before Christmas is one of my favorite films, and is always a must-watch for us every Halloween season. At this showing guests can sing and scream along to the film, and enjoy a meet with Jack Skellington and Sally afterwards. These two can be difficult to meet at the Disney Parks, so it’s awesome to be able to meet them on Disney Cruise Line.
I can’t wait to see how Disney Cruise Line’s makes everything fun and spooky for the Halloween season, especially the Halloween tree that changes as your cruise goes on!
Haunted Stories at Sea
Who doesn’t like a good ghost story? Guests can listen to spooky campfire-style tales most evenings to set the mood for this Halloween event.
Characters in their Halloween Best
Getting to meet lots of characters with minimal waiting is a great advantage of Disney Cruise Line, including some characters that guests rarely see in the Disney theme parks. And, during Halloween on the High Seas, many characters are decked out for Halloween!
